I will set up the table with the guns and load ammo. Once completed, I will start reviewing the signed waivers and verify any additional players with you. The party - I will need all the players at the beginning to explain the safety rules and instructions. The time starts after I have explained the safety rules and instructions. Birthday boy (or girl) is the "Boss", I am the enforcer! I will have the Boss choose their team color (Blue or red) and select the Team Captain for the other team and pick their respective teammates. We start with "free for all"; If the boss wants to play a game, we (the Boss and I) will set the rules and direct all the players. We may take a break, and that will not count towards the allotted time.  The take down -I will send you the final invoice which will include the $200 remaining balance, mileage, and add-ons if requested.Deflating and folding the bunkers, disassembling the blasters, packing up and loading the equipment takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. About 5 to 10 minutes prior, I will unplug the bunkers which will slowly release the air, but the players can still play with the ammo and battery life remaining. If we are in the middle of a game, I will let them finish their game round, then refill ammo allowing them to resume "free for all" for one last round.
