This massage focuses on the upper regions of the body. I focus on the hands, arms, neck, and back.

I will focus on the lower region of the body. This massage includes the thighs, calves, and feet from front to back.

Our Fit for February recipes are easy to make, packed with flavour and full of good, healthy ingredients, but without the calories.  We have put together a set of 5 dishes that are high in protein and fibre and lower in fat. Packed with real ingredients with a focus on introducing plant foods which will help you easily reach your “30 plants per week” target, our nutrient-dense recipes will help keep you fuller for longer.  We’ll introduce you to new cooking techniques that you will use again and again, and maybe some new ingredients or flavour combinations that you haven’t tried before. In a relaxed, small group setting, you will be greeted on arrival with a cup of tea or coffee and a sweet treat (recipe included) before settling into a fun and informative demonstration of a mix of meat, poultry, fish, vegetarian (or vegan) and “storecupboard” dishes.  We’ll break halfway through for you to sit and enjoy the first three dishes with a glass of wine, before resuming to go through the last 2 recipes, with more tasting and another glass of wine if you like! The Fit Food for February recipes you will learn (and taste) are: Chicken tagine with saffron, olives & preserved lemon; Kedgeree; Chilli peanut beef noodles; Grilled aubergine with feta, pomegranate & pesto; Cheese soufflé (it’s really easy, promise!) with a perfect winter green salad.  We'll give you loads of helpful tips and ideas of how to adapt the recipes and answer all your questions as we go along!

Our 3 ½ hour Dinner Party classes will show you how to make a delicious 3 course dinner party menu which focusses on seasonal ingredients that are easy to find in supermarkets and can be prepared ahead of time for stress-free entertaining.  In a relaxed, small group setting, you will be greeted on arrival with a cup of tea or coffee (or glass of wine!) a canapé (recipe included) before settling into a fun and informative demonstration of this month’s menu.
