We pass through ( and stop as you wish) th town towns of Geraldine and Fairlie before arriving at Lake Tekapo.From Tekapo we will journey on towards the Lindis Pass, with view of New Zealand's highest mountain Aoraki Mt Cook and the canal systems that help generate New Zealand's renewable hydro energy.Passing though the Lindis Pass we arrive in Cromwell and then enter the Kawarau Gorge that leads us towards our destination of Queenstown. We'll pass through some of Central Otago's best wine producing areas as well as the historic gold rush town of Arrowtown, travelling along the base of the mountains that form the regions ski fields during the winter months.As an alternative to the route through the Kawarau Gorge you can choose that we turn inland just before Cromwell at Tarras and travel through the lakeside town of Wanaka and the Cardrona Valley to reach Arrowtown. The choice between the two routes is yours to make. Our journey together ends at you Queenstown accommodation, where your adventure in New Zealand's adrenaline capital can begin.
