Our Sports Injury Assessment & Treatment service provides a comprehensive approach to treating acute or chronic injuries and addressing training restrictions. We will conduct a thorough assessment of your symptoms and movement capabilities, before providing targeted treatment to improve your symptoms. We'll also create a customized rehab plan to improve functionality and prevent future injuries. 

For general maintenance, recovery and a more general treatment. You may be building towards an event or competition and want to aid your recovery and optimise your performance, or you could have an increased workload and therefore feel a treatment to keep on top of your body and allow yourself to feel fresh is much needed.

These are a bit more specialist session and are tailored to suit your personal needs. These are designed based on the sport you participate in and the demands on the body as a result of the sport. We will go through a biomechanical movement screen which will assess your movement capabilities in relation to the demands of the sport and then an exercise plan will be discussed and developed to suit you and work to optimise your movement capabilities and therefore lead to improvements in your sport.
