Each program is written with balance in mind, meaning while we work the anterior of your body (the front- front deltoids, chest, quads, biceps etc), we don’t neglect the posterior (back- rear deltoids, traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, glutes, hamstrings etc) and lateral (side- lateral deltoids, abductors etc) sides of the body. Everyone’s favourite class because there is no cardio involved!
