Комплекс упражнений повторяется несколько раз по кругу, в зависимости от вашей подготовки. Обычно это 3-6 кругов. Новичкам рекомендуется начинать с трех. Суть в том, что каждое упражнение направлено на разную мышцу или группу мышц. Переходя к следующему упражнению в круге – вы даете отдохнуть предыдущей мышце, и не перегружая ее, продолжаете активно работать над следующей. В результате у вас выстраивается тренировочный процесс, который воздействует на мышечную силу и выносливость а также на опорно-двигательную систему.
