YDS Online Zoom Classes will consist of a 1 Hour Trampoline fitness session. It will be given by a fitness instructor. In this 60 Minute intense training, you will burn hundreds of calories, improve your metabolism, build strength and tone your muscles. Trampoline fitness is also excellent for your balance and takes off the pressure from your joints. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE CLASSES WILL ONLY START FROM 2 AUGUST, SO DON'T BOOK BEFORE!
