A Pilates mat class that focuses on the pre-Pilates and Pilates movements based on the original 34 mat exercises in the repertoire.  Props are used to support the participants through the movement and variations are given as needed for a client's specific needs.

A customized Pilates session where we work together one on one to design a movement practice unique to your body's range of motion.  We work together to discover where we can challenge your body/mind to go to new levels using different Pilates apparatus and mat exercises.

A semi private session for two using the Pilates apparatus for mindful movement.  Here we may use the reformer, the chair, the tower and / or ladder barrel to lengthen, strengthen and tone as well as gain mobility, flexibility and balance.
