You’ll be invited to complete a short form beforehand to help us use the session time as effectively as possible. After the session, you’ll receive a brief personalised PDF with key reflections and possible next steps. This option is suitable if you’re not looking for ongoing therapy but would like focused, meaningful support at a particular point in time.This is a standalone session and does not involve ongoing therapeutic work.
