L'Abhyanga, est un massage qui se pratique sur un matelas ( futon ) au sol. J'utilise des huiles végétales chauffées de coco et sésame bio. La séance dure 1h, ensuite je propose une tisane. Une séance de sauna ou spa peut s'effectuer avant ou après le massage. Réservation et supplément demandé.Au fil des séances prodiguées, je me suis rendue compte du besoin nécessaire et différent selon chaque être. Je propose donc, une séance d'1h30 pour les personnes désireuses à un tarif de 90€. 

L'hydrothérapie a fait ses preuves depuis des décennies, on note une réduction des douleurs corporelle ( les courbatures,  les douleurs chroniques liées au stress, les tensions musculaires, les troubles digestifs...)C'est un moment privilégié avec vous-même pour s'évader du quotidien.La séance pourra se dérouler avant un massage ou à un autre moment défini.  

Grecs et Romains le pratiquaient déjà pour maigrir. En Finlande c'est une institution nationale.Le sauna est un bain d'air chaut et sec d'environ 70C°.Il provoque une sudation progressive et abondante.Parfait pour booster l'immunité de l'hiver. Il apaise aussi les coups de soleil de l'été...Un antidote au stress....La séance sera proposée avant un massage ou à un autre moment de la journée défini. Une douche froide au bout de 15 /20 min vous sera proposée. Le sauna est préconisé à partir de 16 ans. Il est possible de faire 20 min avant un massage et 20 min après. Ou à un autre moment.

The monthly subscription includes one weekly session for 45 minutes a session.
