Our small group coaching sessions are designed to accelerate player development in a fun, positive, and focused environment. With a maximum of 4 players per session, each participant receives personalised attention to improve all aspects of their game — from technical skills to tactical understanding. Ideal for players who want to train with intensity, build confidence, and enjoy the process.

Open Level full body workout inspired by ballet moves. Great way to tone, strengthen and increase flexibility as well as work up your stamina. This is a brand new technique developed by the founder Elina Miettinen. No ballet experience necessary. The time is still being established for this class, please get on our email list (back on the home page) to be notified once the class becomes available.
