This is an Open Level Class held every Wednesday morning. Start your day with simple ballet barre exercises and opening stretches. Release tightness and feel good for the rest of the day. Open Level full body workout inspired by ballet moves. Great way to tone, strengthen and increase flexibility as well as work up your stamina. This is a brand new technique developed by the founder Elina Miettinen. No ballet experience necessary. The time is still being established for this class, please get on our email list (back on the home page) to be notified once the class becomes available.
