Kannst du mit mir mithalten?Es wird Zeit, nach der Arbeit den Körper zu betätigen und sich dabei auszupowern. Dabei werden wir uns im Dragon Gym Nürnberg einem Workout widmen, bei dem wir in einer Stunde sämtliche Bereiche trainieren und fordern. Natürlich erwartet dich jeden Dienstag ein anderes Programm, damit es ja nicht langweilig wird! Dafür brauchst du nur ein Handtuch und etwas zu trinken. Umkleiden sind vorhanden und wenn du möchtest, kannst du nach dem Training auch duschen. Schuhe musst du keine mitbringen, da wir auf der Matte trainieren werden und wir da keine Schuhe tragen.Bitte buche hier die Einheit, damit ich weiß, wie viele Teilnehmer mitmachen werden. Jetzt wo es etwas kälter geworden ist, verlagern wir unser Outdoor-Training nach innen. Dafür gehen wir in die Pillenreuther Str. 124a, wo wir wie gewohnt an unsere Grenzen kommen durch die sportliche Herausforderung und ein wenig schnelles Tempo ;)Bitte zieht entweder Schuhe mit einer hellen Sohle an oder macht das ganze Workout barfuß. Ansonsten braucht ihr eine Matte, auf der ihr euch für Übungen hinlegen könnt.Duschen und Umkleiden sind vorhanden, Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür.Ich freu mich auf euch!
