Le massage bébé est un merveilleux moyen de renforcer le lien d'attachement entre le parent et son enfant. Il aide le bébé à prendre conscience de son corps, apaiser les maux du quotidien (coliques, troubles du sommeil, poussées dentaires) et l'aide à se détendre profondément. Chez Rose et Tendresse, je vous propose un moment d'échange où je vous montre les gestes adaptés, tout en respectant le rythme et les besoins de votre bébé. Our schedule has classes on Mondays and Tuesdays at Man Yee Wan Recreation Centre in Sai Kung, Hong Kong.  Passive stretching is a type of stretching in which you stay in one position for a set time. You're able to relax your body while a therapist putting external pressure on your body.  Stretching is an important part of being active. Its benefits enhance muscle function, allowing you to move with greater ease and comfort throughout your daily and athletic activities.Regular stretching reduces your chance of injury, enhances flexibility, and increases range of motion. Your body will feel better when it has less of the muscle tension, soreness, and tightness that often accompany exercise.

Dog behaviour consultations address issues including anxieties, fears, phobias, frustration, separation-related issues, house soiling and repetitive behaviour. The consultation will take place at your property. The session will typically be between 1 1/2 and 2 hours in duration and notes from the session will be provided. If the issue relates to behaviours outside of the property it may be that the practical element of the training may not be accomplished in the first session and this will depend on a number of factors. For those with lead frustration, over arousal at people and other dogs for example you may wish to consider one of my dog behaviour packages.

To help with every day training struggles such as: walking nicely on the lead, coming back when called, jumping up and general obedience. For issues such as reactivity on a walk please book a behaviour consultation or contact me to discuss further if you are not sure. The training session will take place at your property;  but it can take place at alternative sites such as enclosed secure dog paddock or local open spaces by prior arrangement. The session will typically be 1 hour. If there are a number of training issues that you would like to discuss please book the dog behavioural consultation as this will allow more time to discuss each issue in more depth.

For additional behavioural and training modification sessions following the initial consultation. Typically 1 hour. The session will take place at your property;  but it can take place at alternative sites such as enclosed secure dog paddock or local open spaces by prior arrangement.
