Single-Session Supervision is an alternative to regular Coaching Supervision. It is ideal for coaches who may need specialist support and guidance or those in independent practice. Whilst supervision can be used to discuss any coaching practice Tracey has special interests including: therapeutic coaching, working with Mental Health issues, managing conflict and difficult relationships, leadership, working in independent practice, working with Neuro-divergent processes.

Single-Session Coaching supports Leaders and Business Owners with a specific issue. These sessions are time limited, purposeful and focused on supporting you to reach a decision, an outcome or even to explore options. Issues can include: responding to a critical incident, challenging business decisions, managing conflict and difficult relationships, exit strategies, stress and burnout support. Not everything can be resolved in a single-session but everything can be explored and the intention is to help you move forward with whatever you need to discuss.
