This will be done as a video call via Google Meets (or Zoom if needed)The aim of the consultation is to get to know each other a little better, find out what your goals are and how we can work towards them. This is a 30-45 min video call for current clients to catch up with myself, talk about how you are getting on with your training and if you have any struggles or issues to discuss. Booking slots are 1 hour but will the calls will only need to 30-45mins maximum. These can be booked every month. Calls will be done over Google Meets and when you book in for your call, I will then set up and send out a Google Meets invitation.

Het is een meditatieve bijeenkomst waarbij we in stilte zitten en thee drinken en een rustmoment creëren om de rest van de week nog wat gedaan te krijgen.
