Dance Yoga is een combinatie van Dance fitness & Yoga. Tijdens de les warmen we eerst op met simpele dans-bewegingen die gemakkelijk te volgen zijn. Daarna brengen we de hartslag iets meer omhoog met actievere dance moves. Het is niet nodig om alles naadloos te volgen; het gaat erom dat we bewegen en het lichaam losmaken. Zolang het bloed maar lekker door kan stromen: it's all about the fun!

Do-in Yoga for little warriors (Age 7-11 years old).De kinderyoga-oefeningen bij Yinspire komen vooral uit Japan. Het is een mix aan oefeningen, vertaald naar de belevingswereld van een kind. Voor het versterken van de ademhalingstechniek houdt het kind bijvoorbeeld een veertje in de lucht door de kracht van de adem. Ook worden de oefeningen gekoppeld aan kleuren en elementen, als rood voor Vuur en geel voor Aarde.Kinderen maken tijdens de yogales op speelse wijze kennis met:- traditionele yoga-strekkingen- bewegingen met of zonder muziek- ademhalingsoefeningen in combinatie met spel- interactieve oefeningen, waarbij delen centraal staat- mindfulness-oefeningen voor reflectie.

In our Yoga classes, we use a range of postures and flows aimed at helping relieve common pregnancy ailments as well as de stressing the body and mind. You will learn breathing techniques and positions and movements which can help in the labour and birth of your child. This is followed by a 20 minute led Savasana (relaxation) and finished with a calming tea and social time. 

The deposit is $70, it comes off your tattoo. Also you pick the start time, you'll get a confirmation email when I set the proposed end time. Are you excited?! You should be! A consultation is sometimes helpful prior to your appointment. We can go over details, exchange materials, and convey the complex meaning of your tattoo through strained gestures and facial expressions. Consultations are recommended for most coverups and large, intricate tattoos. There is nothing to worry about with a consultation. We're just vibing, you know? I am always excited to hear about your next idea.Video consultations are also available for out-of-towners

The first touch up is free within the first 6 months. 

This is an 8-week class that is designed to help those who are battling depression or PTSD to learn how to use different types of art to help in their battle. This class will teach students different forms of art and help them find one or two that will help them express their emotions through art instead of keeping it inside them. Students will receive all materials to use, including a sketch book free of charge. Class is 2 hours long, but students can stay up to an extra hour after any class. Students can join at any time during a class at a reduced rate. Contact studio to start during a class.

Learn the history and basic fundamentals of photography using film or digital medium. The students will have the option to build a working pinhole camera to use with film. The class is an hour a week for 4 weeks.

The class will teach proper handling of the tools and how to use every tool, and then the students will each build a one of a kind project.  The class will be an hour a week for 4 weeks.  Students can stay up to 45 minutes after class working on their project. Students will have some access to some wood to use in their project at no cost but depending on the size of the project they may need to buy their own wood through the studio or a hardware store. Students will have the option to come to class for a 5th week if they have not finished their project by the end of the 4th week.
