This is an 8-week class that is designed to help those who are battling depression or PTSD to learn how to use different types of art to help in their battle. This class will teach students different forms of art and help them find one or two that will help them express their emotions through art instead of keeping it inside them. Students will receive all materials to use, including a sketch book free of charge. Class is 2 hours long, but students can stay up to an extra hour after any class. Students can join at any time during a class at a reduced rate. Contact studio to start during a class.

Learn the history and basic fundamentals of photography using film or digital medium. The students will have the option to build a working pinhole camera to use with film. The class is an hour a week for 4 weeks.

The class will teach proper handling of the tools and how to use every tool, and then the students will each build a one of a kind project.  The class will be an hour a week for 4 weeks.  Students can stay up to 45 minutes after class working on their project. Students will have some access to some wood to use in their project at no cost but depending on the size of the project they may need to buy their own wood through the studio or a hardware store. Students will have the option to come to class for a 5th week if they have not finished their project by the end of the 4th week.

Director Sota (10 years of experience in physical therapy, 3 years of experience in osteopathy) will use his professional knowledge to provide customized treatments tailored to the physical condition of each customer. Along with comfortable relaxation, he will help bring out your body's natural recovery powers and help restore balance to your body.
