Students in the Massage Therapy Program at Northern Virginia Community College host clinics open to the public so they can hone their skills with real, hands-on practice on a variety of body types. Under the supervision of a licensed massage therapist and instructor, the clinic is hosted by students in their 2nd semester of school, after they have learned anatomy, and are currently studying physiology. They will use a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. Because our students rely on this clinic for their hours, we will strictly enforce the 48 hour cancellation policy. If you don't show up or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be blocked from participating in future free clinics.

This can be done with Dumbbells, Kettlebells or without.
