Our 1-1 training is an individualised experience that allows players to receive 1-1 training from our coaches, specifically focusing on areas that you need to work on. We work with all ages and abilities, as well as some of the very best professional players.  These specific sessions are designed to challenge each player in areas that need extra work. Giving the opportunity to perform at their highest ability consistently, as well as improving their understanding of the game. This allows our coaches to focus all their attention on every individual players skills being worked on. There is an emphasis on repetition at our 1on1 sessions in specific areas of your game, which you might not receive within team training.

Our small group training sessions consist of 2-4 players that work together as a small group. This session format allows our coaches to expand drills further whilst still being able to focus on the finer details of each individual players aspects and abilities throughout the session. These sessions allow healthy competitiveness against each player to drive each other on throughout the session and be the best they can be. We ensure players are grouped up with similar level of ability to ensure each player is pushed to the next level.
