In this group beach volleyball lesson you'll begin to sharpen your skills, learn proper footwork, and start to implement doubles strategy. Each class begins with a series of dynamic exercises that not only prepare athletes to play but also condition them in a volleyball-specific way to help their game in the long run. Followed by strategic group drills that focus on passing, setting, and hitting. Students will then use the last 30 minutes of class to put everything they’ve learned together in an open play setting.
