Foundations is a 90-minute, self-directed series of modules delivered through our learning platform, Absorb. This is foundational learning covering the basics of expanding one's language, how to apply an intersectional lens understanding 2SLGBTQ+ communities, understanding worker responsibilities under the Ontario Human Rights Code, which includes discussion on pronouns.This service is for 25 people or less with one week access. Integrated Learning is a 90-minute facilitated virtual session, including activities, discussions, and tailored scenarios. This content is available to pre-existing clients and those who have completed Foundations.
