L'EMDR est une thérapie brève (au minimum 3 séances) qui par le mouvement oculaire va traiter les informations "stockées" dans notre cerveau et permet la désensibilisation d'un traumatisme et des émotions en lien afin d'améliorer méliore les emotions qui en découlent.L'événement traumatique est alors traversé afin de le dépasser, de l'observer d'une façon différente et de calmer les émotions en lienLes séances durent entre 1h et 1h30 et seront espacées tous les 15 jours à 3 semaines en fonction de la problématique abordée (traumatismes, peurs anticipatoires, phobies, insomnies, hypersensibilité...)
