MONDAYS 6:45PMSATURDAYS 9AM HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism. Research has shown that HIIT regimens produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body.   Classes are equipment based and body weight. Expect to be worked to the max!

由于科技高速发展与社会需求，科技产品的使用已成为人人必需的技能， 也是二十一世纪教学现场中经常使用的媒介，在使用电脑学习的同时， 孩子更加容易接触到各类的网络游戏、网络内容，成为现代父母十分关注的议题。 此家长支持工作坊是为了对孩子的科技产品使用问题有兴趣、或是寻求解决方法的家长而设计，工作坊将涵括以下议题： 1.作为家长如何理解孩子对3C产品的热爱，游戏对孩子的意义是什么？ 2.当孩子的注意力都在游戏时，大人如何与孩子开启对话？ 3.如何与孩子在家中使用家庭合约与协商技巧来协助孩子自律且聪明使用3C产品？工作坊举行时间： 09/27, 10/25 周五 14:30-16:00pm 两次工作坊进行方式： 1.议题讲解 2.协商技巧：虚拟角色演练 3.实务拟定家庭合约 4.经验分享
