During this hourglass body session we will customize a plan to fit your body's need. Not every body or all fat is the same, nor do we treat it as soo. We have a variety of nonsurgical, non-invasive techniques which will melt the fat away as you relax the stress away. Every session includes cell nourishment and rejuvenation treatment.  For optimal results it is recommended that you drink a gallon for water a day. Goalkeeper training with Mitch North focuses on elite-level fundamentals—footwork, handling, positioning, and distribution, tailored to each keeper’s age and level. Sessions are high-energy, detail-oriented, and game-realistic, helping goalkeepers build confidence, improve decision-making, and dominate their box.NOTE: If only 1 player is booked in this time slot, the session converts to a private lesson at $125.  We will confirm pricing 24 hours before session once group size is finalized.
