When you are experiencing muscle tightness or movement restriction, this training helps alleviate these compromised areas, while improving range of motion. This functional training helps develop body awareness and the ability to scan the body for any somatic discrepancies and how to attend to those areas. **Low Impact Training/movement

Quick consultation about any areas you need to release or stretch, tender areas or injuries.I will guide you through a series of stretches using things in you own house!!!Then we can introduce some mobility drills to make tender area loosen up.
