A blend of two styles of Yoga into one practice. ☯️ Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga refers to a more active practice and is a rhythm of fluid movement. This works on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This is a great evening practice, wishing you to leave with energy aligned and feeling calm and grounded. 

Yoga Flow will be a mixture of breathwork and energizing movement. It will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body then move into a progressively challenging sequence. That may include standing poses, balances, and a peak pose. The class will end with slower movements, deep stretches, and a rewarding final relaxation (savasana).

Agility Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs.Our first play area as you enter the park, a wide, flat grass area with the best access.Over winter the equipment is not a full course, but does include a dog walk (First Contact Aluminium), tunnels, plenty of jumps and weaves (Stick in ground, so suitable for all training mehtods).This play area has more purpose than just agility, it is most suited for disabled access and is a great space for your dog to play, sniff and zoom, this area is suited to ALL sizes and all ages. However, if you are booking this play area to use the agility equipment please note that no dogs under 1 year should be using jumps as this is not beneficial for their physical development - please place the poles on the floor for young dogs. For safety reasons; big children (grown ups) and little children are not permitted on the dog obstacles.Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Bench seating, fresh drinking water, poop bags, waste bins are all provided. A selection of in-house dog toys are available for your pooch to use, please just ask a member of staff. Hillside Play Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs. Our top right play area in the park, set on a slight incline (with great views), best suited for very reactive dogs as the area is the most isolated from the others. Due to the incline this area is great for dogs who like a bit more of a challenge when zooming and playing, although it is not recommended for sighthounds or dogs with mobility issues.This play area contains equipment and play obstacles to suit all sizes, including tunnels, weaves, jumps and more. Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Bench seating, fresh drinking water, poop bags, waste bins are all provided. A selection of in-house dog toys are available for your pooch to use, please just ask a member of staff.
