Die Thai Massage (TTM) wirkt ganz besonders intensiv, weil sie aus einer Kombination aus Druckmassage und Dehnübungen besteht. Die Dehnübungen können auch als passives Yoga verstanden werden, weil Sie sich nicht selbst bewegen müssen, sondern der Masseur sie sanft in die richtige Position führt. Durch die Bewegungen während der Thai Massage wird Ihren Körper und Ihren Muskeln verstärkt Sauerstoff zugeführt und Sie werden angeregt tief zu atmen. Die Atmung trägt Ihr Prana durch den Körper und durch eine tiefe, kontrollierte Atmung öffnen sich Ihre Energielinien. Dies führt zu einem fliessenden Prana, durch das Sie sich tiefenentspannt fühlen. Die Massage hilft Ihnen auch wieder eine starke Verbindung mit Ihrem Körper zu spüren und besser auf Ihre Bedürfnisse zu hören.
