One of the most important things a player can do to improve their game. It is up to you to be a good shooter and getting those reps is gold. You can utilize any of the features on the Dr. Dish Ct+ during this 30 minute window. You can use this entire time for just one player (recommended) or use the multi-player mode for up to 5 players. It is recommended to use this machine for only 1-2 players at a time to get the most out of your session. No matter what you decide, the total cost for the 30 minutes is $25. Not recommended for young players that struggle to get the ball up to a 10 foot hoop. They must be strong enough to shoot the ball over the net of the shooting machine. If this is your first time using these machines with Can't Stop Me Basketball Training, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get a brief overview. You will also need to have a completed Emergency Contact Form and Liability Waiver before you begin. You can complete this on site or print it out and bring it with you. Please download the Dr. Dish App and create your account. You may also choose to watch the Dr. Dish Overview Video below if you have time. This is a concrete floor used for many other events and activities. I do not recommend wearing your main basketball shoes as they will get dirty. In order to provide access to these machines as soon as possible, the lines are currently drawn out using blue tape. Work with Coach B on your shooting form. Ideal if done  before a 30 minute shooting session with the shooting machines. Great for athletes of any age. The hoops are adjustable so even young athletes can benefit from this training.

Wolken, Wind etc.) zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen.Filme und Fotos des Sprunges: Bei vorheriger Anfrage kann auch ein Videofilm oder Fotos von dem Sprung erstellt werden. Dies kann vor Ort gebucht werden.

Wenn du nur einmal alleine springen möchtest oder ausprobieren willst, ob das Fallschirmspringen dein Sport sein könnte, bist du bei uns richtig. Wir bieten dir an verschiedenen Wochenenden im Jahr die Möglichkeit, die Faszination des Fallschirmsportes selbst einmal zu erleben. Der Schnupperkurs geht 2 Tage (Samstag und Sonntag):  1. Tag: Theorie und Bodenausbildung 2. Tag: Wiederholung und der erste Sprung aus 1200m-1400m Höhe Voraussetzung: Die Voraussetzung für einen Schnupperkurs ist ein Tauglichkeitsattest, welches auch von Ihrem Hausarzt ausgestellt werden kann.
