A 3:1 60 minute custom class. We will meet at the poolside. Tell me at the beginning of the lesson what you would like to work on. We can usually manage 2-3 areas of your stroke in the time provided. With shared lessons, I work 5 minutes with you and then swap over to the next person to give you time to practice and then swap again etc.)

Kobido or Kyoku-te is an ancient Japanese facial massage technique that provides deep relaxation through vagus nerve stimulation and cell rejuvenation through enhanced blood flow, with deep strokes of the facial tissue as well as tonation through fast paced and light movements enhancing the feeling of connection and presence. Gentle massaging of the skull and firm release of neck and shoulders are also part of this treatment.This session is 45min long.
