In this case email eurobodalla.president@beekeepers.asn.au immediately after making a booking to gain prior approval.Members may coordinate consecutive-day usage with others in their area to reduce travel. Each user must book individually and notify the club at eurobodalla.president@beekeepers.asn.au In this case at the completion of each member’s use they must email condition photos of the varroa controller (see Section 6).Pre-Hire RequirementsArrange your own supply of distilled water.An email will be sent prior to your booking, confirming:Pickup locationAccess code to locked storageReturn procedureCollection, Handling and UseInspection:Inspect the unit upon collection.Report any visible damage and send photos before use to eurobodalla.president@beekeepers.asn.auHandling:The unit weighs approx. 40 kg and must always be handled by at least two people.Do not attempt any repairs, modifications, or improvements.Usage:Use the device strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Download Manual: Varroa Controller - Full instructionsReturn and Condition VerificationReturn the unit cleaned inside and out, and in full working order.Cleaning Requirements:Clean with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth or paper towel.Do not use abrasive tools or harsh chemicals.Condition Photos:Take clear photos of the unit from multiple angles, including the internal treatment area.Email photos to eurobodalla.president@beekeepers.asn.au upon return and notify of any problems or damage.Failure to provide photos may result in you being responsible for any damages discovered later.Returning:Leave the Varroa Controller lid slightly open.Ensure the storage is locked.Responsibility for Damage or LossThe hirer is fully responsible for any damage or loss, and agrees to cover all damage repair (or replacement costs), including parts, labour, and transport.Liability DisclaimerUse of the equipment is entirely at the hirer’s risk.
