Interested in taking your fitness regiment to the next level? I've got you covered ! My 60 minute cardio blast class includes 4 rounds of sweaty fun! We incorporate full body exercises that target every muscle group to get you stronger and build that cardio! Just starting out? No worries, we have modified versions for every exercise. You can also feel free to pause and breathe if the workout gets too intense and join back in when you are ready! You’re invited to schedule a private tour of Gatherings at Twin Creeks, a 55+ condominium community in beautiful Allen, TX. Homes are currently under construction, but with a guided tour you'll have the ability to see the homes before we are open to the public. Each private tour block is two hours--plenty of time show you around without rushing and it gives us time to clean between showings. We look forward to meeting you and don't forget to wear closed toe shoes for your safety.
