Gym Use is an independent training session. I will leave a program written on our training board. These clients will have to be familiar with all gym equipment before being allowed to workout independently. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings need to be made 7 days in advance. Bookings within 7 days will be considered "Last Minute". These will be accepted at a case-by-case bases.
