For my active clients looking to improve their performance, lessen their chance of injury and create more balanced muscles.  Get ready to be challenged throughout class and expect to feel your muscles quiver and shake. Clients that know how to work their abdominals and do not have any active pain. Expect some foam rolling for your IT band, piriformis, and quadriceps.  May include jump boarding.  Class alternates between reformer, chair, and tower.

We'll use props like magic circle and bands to get you moving!A deliberate paced class that will concentrate on breath in order to find those deep stabilizer muscles.  This class is a total body workout! Let's work on strengthening your hips and back.  A great Pilates mix of exercises and breath work that mind and body will enjoy.  

The focus is on strengthening and stretching hips, glutes and spine. This class is for individuals looking to keep their backs strong and have specific limitations.  Stay tuned for a lot of stretching exercises.  Sometimes tight muscles are  very difficult to access. New habits can take a while to develop. A 4 hour hire for parties for £75. The total basic price shows as £125, but this includes a £50 deposit, returnable after the event.This booking is for children's parties, family get-togethers, baby shower, Christening/Naming party.Your hire time includes your set up and packaway/clean up time.  This cannot be extended. If you require anything different, or if this booking is for a purpose other than those listed above, please give us a call on 07840 550529. Payment via Paypal is preferred, as it is secure, traceable and it is far easier and quicker for us to return your deposit to you. Use of kitchen, toilets, disco lighting, bluetooth sound system all included.Chairs and tables for up to 50 people, plus additional small children's chairs and tables.  The venue is not suitable for more than 50 people. Kitchen includes: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, urn, crockery, cutlery.Hall is 10m x 11m. NB for Bouncy Castle, actual ceiling height is 9ft, recommended max height for a bouncy castle is 8ft.  Any damage to our ceiling is your responsibility.  We do not allow barbecues or fires of any kind as our insurance does not cover that. You do not have access to the rear garden beyond the gate adjacent to the shed. Your deposit is at risk if this area is accessed, except in case of emergency exit use. The time you book includes your set-up and clean up time.  You will not be able to access the premises before your booked time as other groups operate in the Hall during these times.  Please ensure you are at the Hall no later than 10 minutes after the start of your booking in order to meet the keyholder. You must remain on the premises for the duration of your booked time to ensure the security of the Hall. You must vacate the Hall and carpark, and surrounding street parking no later than 10 minutes after your booked time for the convenience and comfort of other Hall users and our neighbours. Thankyou for your consideration. YOUR DEPOSIT IS AT RISK IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE ABOVE CONDITIONSWe do not allow:  confetti cannons, confetti of any kind, including inside balloons, glitter, sticky tape on paintwork.  Use of these may incur extra service charges or loss of deposit. NOTHING should be stuck to the walls.  You risk losing ALL of your deposit if you stick anything on our paintwork.   Free standing decorations onlyChairs and tables are to be returned as you found them to ensure the safety of other hall users. The Hall is to be left exactly as you found it at the end of your booked time. Failure to do so may result in extra service charges and/or loss of deposit. Please leave a maximum of 2 bags of rubbish. Please take any excess rubbish away with you.

A 50 minute session suitable for up to 10 people, for people with additional needs, or for baby sensory groups.This booking slot is for your use only, ie. no other persons will be present in the room. If your child/ person you care for would like to explore using sight, sound, touch and smell, book yourselves in!If your child/person you care for wants to bounce, jump, climb, throw, can we respectfully suggest that a soft play centre would be more suitable for you. The room is recommended for children aged up to 18 months,  with a maximum of 10 people,  including babies,  at any time.  Children and adults with additional needs are welcome regardless of age.  

Hire our Studio for private practice for dance exams, auditions for college, group work etc. A bluetooth sound system is in place for your use. Dance shoes (no heels) or bare feet/socks are essential to protect the floor. You are expected to leave the Studio as you found it. Cleaning equipment is provided. Studio 1 measures 8m x 7.5mThere are no mirrors in the Studio.
