Small group aqua fit sessions suitable for older people and those who would benefit from low impact exercise.Ideal for beginners.  You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy these sessions.  The pool is standing depth and heated.  The pool is stairs entry up and down with one handrail.  Assistance can be given.  Not suitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot access stairs.Low impact and a lot of fun!Pay as you go - term time only.Payment is non-refundable. but you can amend your booking with 24hours notice.

We do not allow bookings for longer than 1 hour due to high demand.Cost: A non-refundable payment of £12 is required at time of booking.You can amend your booking up to 12hours before the start time - after this time you will lose your deposit and it cannot be used against another booking.Rules:We are a no shoe facility.  You must remove your shoes on entry.  Sliders/flipflops may be worn if they have not been used outdoors.
