L'entraînement fractionné à haute intensité ou HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) est une forme d'entraînement qui alterne des exercices de forte intensité avec des périodes de récupération ou d'exercice plus modéré. A full body massage includes the arms, legs, hands and feet and the neck and back area. It includes an exfoliation (which is optional) We use an exfoliating scrub to cleanse the skin leaving it feeling fresh, smooth, moisturised and soft once the treatment is complete. 

This is a half body massage where we concentrate solely on massaging the upper body areas such as the neck, shoulder, chest, arms, hands and upper back or the lower back, legs and feet.
