You can purchase a weekly class pass for just £10. This allows you access to all the classes online for 7 days. Please select any time and day to pay for your weekly pass. You can then click 'pay later' for each booking going forward for the next 7 days.Once purchased an email will be sent to you with details as to how to log onto the class. 

Strength class using no weights, just body weight. No equipment needed but an exercise mat is recommended if you have hard floors. Don't forget your trainers and water. Some classes I may ask if you have a resistance band/ towel or a chair available. 

This 40 minute stretch class with work those all the muscles which have been working hard during weights and my other classes, leaving you feel stretched and relaxed.

We listen to your vision, design a cohesive event, and book all your vendors in combination with providing our own rentals and services. Our team brings the mind and the muscle. Using one of the earliest techniques to form clay, you'll get your hands dirty and experience the joy of molding and shaping clay with your fingers. Long nails are not recommended for the pinch pot technique.
