Monday Fall Season 2023 $30/sessionTimeline: September 4 - November 6. This is a 10-week season at 5:00 pm every MONDAY at the EYBA Centre.Kids ages 12-14 will be taken through a series of skills that incorporate basketball-related movements. Through repetition and gradual progression, kids will have a solid foundation for the fundamentals of basketball. We focus on the six main skills of basketball (ball handling, finishing, defense, shooting, rebounding, and passing). We go through three main skills each week with drills, games, and competitive play with weekly skill tracking and prizes at the end of the season. The main focus for this age range is POSITIVE RE-ENFORCEMENT and SKILL PROGRESSION.

Based on that we create a custom training program specific to that player.
