La kinesiologie est une thérapie psycho corporelle utilisant le test musculaire pour dialoguer avec votre corps. Celui-ci va nous aider à aller chercher les causes des mal-être, blocages, douleurs, problèmes de sommeil, d'alimentation, et bien d'autres déséquilibres... et le moyen de s'en libérer. Chaque séance dure 1h et sera accompagnée d'une fiche récapitulative. 

La kinesiologie est également adaptée aux enfants, peu importe l'âge. Elle peut aider à comprendre et rétablir certains comportements : sommeil, alimentation, violence, tristesse, manque de confiance en soi, hyper-attachement, etc... À savoir : je consulte les enfants de + de 6 ans seuls en séance. Pour les enfants de - de 6 ans, la séance se fera en transfert sur un des parents. Il n'est pas nécessaire que l'enfant soit présent, et c'est tout aussi efficace. Chaque séance dure 1h et sera accompagnée d'une fiche récapitulative. 

La séance de suivi permet d’accompagner l’évolution de la personne dans le temps. Elle peut servir à approfondir un travail déjà commencé, à explorer de nouveaux sujets ou déséquilibres qui émergent, mais aussi à entretenir un état d’équilibre, de mieux-être et d’harmonie globale. Chaque séance s’adapte aux besoins du moment afin de soutenir durablement le bien-être physique, émotionnel et énergétique.
