It is particularly suited to those working or volunteering in demanding or caring roles.Sessions take place in a quiet, shared environment, with participants seated comfortably while fine needles are placed in specific points on the ear. Leaving from Shropshire—Church Stretton preferred—around 9am, we’ll spend the day riding some of Mid Wales’ finest B-roads: winding lanes, sweeping views, and quiet corners you won’t find in any guidebook.We’ll stop for coffee, grab a good lunch along the way, and aim to be back in Shropshire by 5:30pm. The pace is relaxed, the routes are scenic, and the groups are small—just you and up to two other riders.Perfect for those who enjoy proper roads, good company, and a day well spent on two wheels.

Expect a relaxed pace, stunning views, and proper stops for coffee and lunch along the way.Back in Shropshire by 5:30pm with a smile and a full tank of memories.Small group rides only—maximum of three bikes for a personal, no-pressure experience.
