MOST POPULARFull body with integrated stretchesA spacious, in-depth massage session allowing time for full-body work alongside gentle, integrated stretching where appropriate. This length offers the opportunity to work more deeply with areas of tension and restriction while still supporting relaxation and ease throughout the body. The 90-minute session is the most popular treatment length for clients who enjoy full-body massage with additional time for focused work, stretching and mobility.Hot Stone Integration is available as an addon for this treatment

Targeted treatmentA shorter, targeted massage session focused on a specific area of tension, most commonly the back, neck and shoulders. This session is ideal if you’re looking for relief in one main area or need more focused work within a shorter time frame. The 45-minute massage offers effective, considered treatment, but does not allow time for full-body work. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive or unhurried session, a longer appointment length will provide more space and flexibility.

Focused therapeutic session)A focused massage session suited to addressing specific areas of tension or working with a particular need on the day. This length allows time for targeted work such as back, neck and shoulders, or a partial body treatment, delivered in a calm and considered way. While deeply relaxing, the 60-minute session is best for more focused work rather than unhurried full-body massage. If you’re looking for a complete full-body treatment without feeling rushed, the 75-minute option offers more space and flexibility. If you’re unsure which session length is right for you, you’re always welcome to ask for guidance.Hot Stone Integration is available as an addon for this treatment.

The 1 Hour Reflexology session is a popular treatment that is tailored to your current needs. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that aims to help the body heal by applying pressure to points on the feet. It is a great way to relax, reduce stress, improve your sleep and boost your energy. It is a non-invasive treatment that is suitable for all ages and can help manage symptoms associated with some conditions, You only remove your shoes and socks for the treatment. A short consultation will be completed at the beginning of your first treatment so the session can be tailored to your needs but the majority of the treatment time will be hands-on feet!

Experience deep relaxation and relief from everyday tension with this Swedish Back Massage. This classic treatment uses gentle, soothing techniques to melt away muscle stress in your back, neck, and shoulders. Perfect for those seeking relaxation rather than deep pressure, the massage usually includes both upper and lower back but can be tailored to target your upper or lower back as needed. Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to face your day with renewed comfort.Pressure in a Swedish massage can be light, medium or firm as per your preference

This treatment offers a unique approach to relieving pain and promoting overall well-being. It is based on a methodology which focuses on creating pleasure to combat pain through deep, gentle movements in coordination with your body. It targets reflexes related to musculature, fascia, nervous plexuses, and the endocrine system. By activating the body's parasympathetic nervous system, we empower it to restore balance naturally. It includes specialized treatment protocols, which may involve the use of ice, balls, weights, and reflexology in motion and have shown exceptional results in addressing various conditions such as migraines, sciatica, tennis elbow, PMS, neck/back/knee pain, carpel tunnel syndrome and more.

March 8th 10am-1pmAs many of you know, I began my career in photography years ago with a focus on studio portraiture. I favored a medium format camera and created mostly black and white portraits of children and pregnant mamas. My work has evolved since then but I thought it would be fun to offer a studio portraiture session focused on capturing classic portraits your kiddos (not classic in a boring way, just simply them and all of their charachter). I'll have simple black and white backgrounds, a few different seating options, and I'll shoot in both digital and medium format film formats. You'll receive the normal 40 digital images and in addition you'll receive 5 black and white images taken with medium format film and printed on 5x7 archival paper. These sessions will take place at a Seattle Studio. Styling support and use of my client closet is available.25 mins / 40 digital images + 5 film images / $475 / 4 week gallery deliverySessions will take place rain or shine (I offer a reschedule option for rain more than a sprinkle when possible) and the fee is non-refundable.

February 21st 9-11am, November 29th 11am-3:30pmThese sessions will take place at beautiful Alpental. We'll pull the wooden sled, throw snowballs and have a blast! Mini sessions are a great way to capture a snippet of the love and connection your family shares. My mini sessions are longer and include more images than the standard among photographers to allow for enough time to really capture the special connection you share with your family and to move through the many beautiful spots in any given venue. Styling support and use of my client closet is available for these sessions. Please be sure that you have access to a vehicle that can handle snow, getting to our location can sometimes be a bit of an adventure!25 mins / 40 images / $485 + tax / 4 week gallery deliverySessions will take place rain or shine (I offer a reschedule option for rain more than a sprinkle when possible) and the fee is non-refundable.Please reach out with any questions!
