·       A minimum of $2,000.00 deposit is required at the time of order submission.·       Remaining balance to be paid at the time of wig cutting.·       In case of cancellation, the security deposit payment will be refunded as store credit.·       Any changes to your initial order are to be made within 24 hours of order submission.·       The wig manufacturing process time is approximately 6 weeks from time of order submission.·       Additional manufacturing time may be required during peak seasons. ·       A one-year warranty (from wig pick up date) services to be provided for order agreement items only which does not incloude baby hair/lace fill which has a warrenty up to six moth and recut which is up to 2 months.·       No wig warranty for any wigs not styled in salon’s premises.·       Highlights or any hair coloring services will be upgraded up to two times during the warranty period.
