If you have never used a sewing machine before and have no idea how it works, here is a starter class made just for you! You are required to attend this class before joining other classes. Our studio is using Brother FS-101 sewing machine. Een keizersnede is een pittige buikoperatie. Het advies is dan ook om na de operatie een tijdje rustig aan te doen, maar dat betekent niet dat je niets hoeft te doen. Je lichaam heeft een topprestatie geleverd na een keizersnede. Het is daarom erg belangrijk om goed voor je lichaam te zorgen en vooral je litteken aandacht te geven.Bij ons kan je terecht voor een keizersnede litteken behandeling.Gun jezelf metaal en lichamelijk een goed herstel van je litteken.Een keizersnede behandeling is aan te raden als je één of meer van onderstaande klachten ervaart:Je litteken trektJe litteken voelt strak aanJe ervaart verklevingen rondom het litteken bij het wrijven over bepaalde plekken ( je voet iets hards of hobbeligs)Je ervaart pijn (tijdens bewegen)Het dragen van een spijkerbroek is pijnlijkDe autogordel over het litteken is pijnlijkJe ervaart lage rugpijnPijn aan het schaambot bij opstaanMinder gevoel rondom het litteken of in de onderbuik of zelfs volledige gevoelloosheidHet litteken oogt slordig/ bobbelig. Je huid hangt als een ''flapje/ dakje'' over het litteken heen

Onze keizersnede vervolgbehandeling is speciaal samengesteld op jouw persoonlijke keizersnede hersteltraject. Deze behandeling duurt maximaal 30 min en wordt aanbevolen in een reeks van 3 á 4 sessies voor een optimaal herstel van het litteken. Maar nogmaals het is erg persoonsgebonden. Tijdens de behandeling(en) kan gebruikt gemaakt worden van diverse technieken. Je kunt hierbij denken aan; strijkingen, massage- en bindweefsteltechnieken, cupping, tapen rondom en op het litteken of eventueel gebruik van een kruid genaamd moxa.
