Depending on the needs, the energy of the group, and the conditions of the day, we will explore different Tibetan Yoga practices. Sessions are structured around the following rhythms and intensities:• gentle movements + light breathwork• dynamic movements + deeper breathwork• slow movements in the form of guided meditative relaxation• deeper breathwork + visualization meditationsAt the beginning of each session, I gather the wishes and needs of the participants in order to adapt the practice to the group present.➜ All practices are open to everyone, as everything can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.➜ There is no fixed schedule, as I am also involved in teacher training programs and other professional activities. Upcoming classes are therefore announced in the calendar below. If the current class times do not fit your schedule, please feel free to suggest alternative times. I will do my best to see whether additional sessions can be arranged.
