For all persons, if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session with either the Wellness Coach or Peer Coach then you will have to reschedule please. Wellness Coaching focuses on your strengths and using the facets of wellness as a framework for enhancing your well-being. Coaching allows for a growth mindset and challenges you to gain personal awareness and work towards your goals. An initial face-to-face session is highly encouraged and covid19 prevention protocols must be observed. Please indicate in your booking if your session is in-person or virtual.
