Méthodes d’étirements, décontraction musculaire, travail de la souplesse et de la respiration, les exercices de stretching procurent une détente corporelle profonde. Imaginez-vous dans une salle lumineuse et apaisante. Le cours de stretching commence par des exercices de respiration pour se détendre et se concentrer. Ensuite, on enchaîne avec des mouvements lents et progressifs pour étirer les muscles en profondeur. Le but est de gagner en souplesse, d'améliorer la posture et de relâcher les tensions accumulées dans le corps. C'est un moment rien qu'à soi, pour se recentrer et prendre soin de son corps.
