Exploring our own origin photography catalogue and tasting a range of different coffees, participants will gain a deeper understanding into what makes the product you work with so diverse. No previous experience is necessary, but enthusiasm is recommended. 

Everything you need to know in order to construct simple but delicious drinks using an espresso machine. With an emphasis on cleanliness, consistency and quality of drinks, this module will ensure your team are exercising consistent drink standards,  competently pulling espresso shots, steaming milk and keeping equipment clean.  Perfect for new hires or those in need of a refresher. We recommend those partaking have completed our Introduction to Coffee module.

This 2.5-hour class will see us covering the processes involved in taking a ripe coffee cherry growing in the Tropics and turning it into a delicious coffee beverage, we share insider tips on how to buy better coffee.Getting hands-on, we share just how easy it can be to make great tasting coffee at home. Showcasing three different brewers we cover a wide range of brewing styles, including the French Press, Clever Dripper, the V60 Pourover and the AeroPress.

Séance de gym adaptée aux contraintes de santé des participants et à leur forme physique.L'objectif est de maintenir et améliorer force, souplesse, endurance.Séance en musique, qui inclura différentes programmations à chaque fois, selon l'objectif de la séance: dance, bodyballance, abdo-fessiers, etc.Mardis 18h30-19h30

Adapté à la plupart des ongles, les ongles en gel vous permettrons, notamment de pouvoir laisser pousser vos ongles (particulièrement adapté pour perdre de mauvaises habitudes) , vous pouvez donc  personnaliser tout de A à Z ( de la longueur, à la forme de votre ongle, à la couleur, jusqu'à la matière) L'avantage c'est que sa tenue étant de 3 à 4 semaines, vous n'aurez plus qu'à admirer vos mains!  

Le vernis semi permanent est un vernis qui durera bien plus longtemps que son nom l'indique, car contrairement à son cousin éloigné, le vernis, il tiendra au moins 2 semaines, vous laissant la liberté de ne pas vous préoccuper de vos ongles  durant ce laps de temps! 

Une dépose est un geste qui consiste à enlever toute prothèse sur l'ongle, que ce soit n'importe quelle matière, y compris le semi permanent

針對學員自身程度及需要，教練會與學員一起制定合理訓練計劃及目標， 並在過程中適時檢討及調整，以確保學員能循序漸進，達到原訂目標。因應體育處所暫停開放，訓練將會於戶外配以簡單器材進行。收費：港幣$500/節

TRX（Total Body Resistance Exercise）是一懸吊式阻抗訓練。其多變既特性，透過運用訓練者自身既重量，能鍛鍊身體不同部位既肌肉，媲美健身中心器材效果。由於TRX訓練器材輕巧、容易安裝，適合教練／學員攜帶到不同地方進行練習。收費：港幣$500/節
