Learning Objectives This training will prepare DMC partners to respond confidently and professionally to customer incidents and crises. Participants will learn how to assess situations, follow the correct escalation procedures, use the DMC Playbook, and provide compassionate, on-the-ground support—ensuring customer safety and protecting easyJet holidays' reputation.

Each drawing class focuses on a specific skill or exercise. Classes normally include: a quick warm-up exercise, an quick observation and analysis exercise, a demonstration via graphic tablet and guidance while you complete the specific exercises proposed. 

Specific Drawing courses include 5 classes and are ideal for those who have a specific skill in mind they want to improve. They are designed to develop that skill in a quick, effective, and tested way. They also have the advantage of providing you with a defined curriculum of all the classes you are going to do, so if you need to change anything according to your needs this can be defined before the beginning of the course.The available courses are: Fundamentals of Drawing, Intro to Character Design, Intro to Environment Design, Intro to Comics, Intro to Animation, Intro to Graphic Design, Drawing for Fine Arts.
