Im Anfänger-Level 2 vertiefen und erweitern Tanzschüler ihre Fähigkeiten in den Grundschritten und -figuren. Sie lernen einfache Figurenkombinationen, verschiedene Musikstile und verbessern ihre Führung und Verfolgungsfähigkeiten. Der Fokus liegt auf der Verbesserung der Körperhaltung, -beweglichkeit und Kernmuskulatur. Das Level bereitet die Schüler auf die Mittelstufe vor.

In der Mittelstufe werden Tanzschüler in zwei Kursstunden herausgefordert, ihre bereits erworbenen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern und zu erweitern. Sie lernen, wie sie komplexere Figuren und Kombinationen umsetzen können, ihre Technik zu verfeinern und ihre Führung und Verfolgungsfähigkeiten zu verbessern.Außerdem lernen sie, wie sie ihre Tanzbewegungen an die Musik anpassen und ihre Interpretation der Musik verbessern können. Die Mittelstufe ist eine wichtige Etappe im Tanzlernen, da sie den Schülern ein vertieftes Verständnis und Wissen in der Tanzrichtung vermittelt und sie auf die höheren Level vorbereitet.
