L'entretien de pré - coaching est l'occasion pour vous de clarifier votre demande, d'identifier votre besoin et de définir votre objectif. Il est un préalable nécessaire avant de s'engager dans un processus de coaching. Il vous permet également d'aborder toutes les questions que vous vous poser sur cette démarche d'accompagnement et d'attester de notre "feeling" mutuel.

L'entretien de coaching se déroule en remote (visio à distance) ou en face à face, selon les disponibilités et les conditions choisies par le commanditaire (coaché et/ou employeur). Durant la séance un processus d'accompagnement éprouvé et reconnu par la fédération internationale de coaching est appliqué.  Le coach en est le garant. C'est au coaché d'apporter à chaque séance le point spécifique qui sera traité durant l'entretien.  Les séances de coaching ne donnent pas lieu à des comptes rendus transmissibles à des tiers. Les éléments échangés durant chaque séance sont soumis à la confidentialité dans un souci de respect de la confiance réciproque qui existe entre le coaché et le coach. Le coach estimera la nécessité de proposer des travaux de réflexions personnelles, au coaché, entre les séances, selon les objectifs poursuivis.
